Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is still in its original condition, you can return it for free, subject to the rules below, including our Fair Use policy.

Returns for Refund

  • You have 28 days from the date your item was delivered or made available for collection to request a refund.
  •          If you wish, you can create your  return-label here.
  • If you face any issue in creating return label, email us at info@offthehooklondon.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the deterrent tag has been removed, altered, or damaged.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If any goods you receive are faulty or misdescribed:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at info@offthehooklondon.com, providing your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
  • Do not attempt to repair faulty items yourself.
  • In some cases, we may ask for evidence that the fault occurred before delivery.
  • We will replace, repair, or refund the item in full. Refunds are processed within 28 days of receiving the returned item.

Changing Your Mind – Returns

For most goods purchased online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 28 days of receipt (the “cooling-off period”) and receive a refund.

Additional terms:

  • Unless the goods are faulty, misdescribed, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If excessive handling has caused damage, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
  • If we refund you before inspecting the goods and later discover damage caused by improper handling, you will be charged an appropriate fee.
